Team-building cocktail workshops are an ideal activity for strengthening team dynamics and fostering a positive atmosphere within teams.
During this workshop, participants discover the art of mixology whilst developing a range of skills: teamwork, creativity, dexterity and a spirit of challenge.
Under the guidance of our professional mixologists, participants learn the essential techniques for making cocktails and take part in creative challenges centred on developing original recipes.
This activity allows your staff to enjoy a relaxed get-together whilst discovering the fascinating world of cocktails.
The workshop begins with an introduction to mixology, during which our experts cover the basics of cocktail making: the key principles, techniques and use of equipment.
The third part takes the form of a creative workshop. Participants work independently and are tasked with putting a new spin on a classic recipe using the ingredients provided: spirits, liqueurs, syrups, creams, herbs or spices.
To round off the workshop, each team presents their creation during a relaxed tasting session, and our mixologists choose the winning team.
Participants then move on to a supervised session where they create a signature cocktail, to familiarise themselves with the equipment and techniques of mixology.
Finally, a team challenge is organised. Participants must come up with a unique cocktail based on a given theme and compete against the other teams to see who can be the most original.

Two workshop formats are available: with or without alcohol.
This workshop introduces participants to the basics of mixology through an interactive theory session, followed by the preparation and tasting of three pre-selected cocktails. Participants learn essential preparation techniques and leave with a solid foundation.
This workshop places greater emphasis on creativity. Following a theoretical introduction and the preparation of an initial cocktail, participants are invited to devise and create their own cocktails using the wide range of ingredients provided.
